Cancellation Policy
We accept that occasionally it is necessary to change or cancel an appointment. However, we do request you provide 24 hours notice so we can fill the appointment time. Otherwise you will be charged your full treatment cost.

Deposits
These may be required to reserve appointment time for certain treatments.

Late Arrivals
Please be aware if you are late for your appointment we may need to reduce your treatment time. Very late arrival may mean your treatment will need to be rescheduled.

Mobile Phones
To respect other clients relaxing please turn your mobile phone to silent.

Special Considerations
Please notify our staff if you are pregnant or have any special medical considerations, as some of our treatments may not be suitable for you. We will be happy to discuss your special requirements and advise you on the right treatments for you.

Appointment Times
Include consultation, treatment and after care advice.

Children
We would like your time with us to be relaxing, so we suggest that young children are not brought along to treatments. This also avoids any disruption for other clients.

Gift Vouchers
Treat someone special with a gift voucher; they are available for all treatments and products. Our therapists will be delighted to assist you if you need advice. Gift vouchers are valid for six months and are excluded from special offers and promotions.

Treatment Prices
Can change without notice and all treatments are subject to availability.
